Stacey Phillips, M.A., RCC book an appointment

Stacey is a registered clinical counsellor with the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors and the BC Play Therapy Association. She has been practicing for over 7 years with couples, families, youth, children and individuals. Stacey works with those who feel stuck and unable to make changes to reach their full potential. She supports those with the following concerns:
  • Anxiety
  • Trauma/ PTSD
  • Depression
  • Relationship issues
  • Parenting issues
  • Life/ family transitions (separation, divorce, blended families, etc.)
  • Behaviour challenges
  • Injuries

Stacey believes that each family is unique; coming from a variety of life experiences that have shaped who they are as individuals and as a system. Stacey enjoys helping her clients to recognize and build on their strengths and look at the challenges that have been barriers for reaching goals and creating change.Stacey focuses on helping her clients using the approach that best suits their needs. Family wellness is her focus, considering all domains including physical, mental, biological, emotional and spiritual health. Stacey helps families achieve wellness through a collaborative therapeutic relationship which helps her clients feel safe and at ease during the therapeutic process. Stacey engages in on-going training to support her growth as a counsellor and draws from the following approaches in session:

You can often find Stacey engaging in community events on her time off with her family and Therapy dog, Kona. Stacey also enjoys skiing, snowshoeing and hiking.

Stacey Provides 60 minute sessions for individuals and couples and offers 90 minutes sessions for families.
